Press Announcement
by: Helen Grindulo
In July, LME announced our separation from Fast Courier. We have now completed the transition of the two company’s affairs and are moving on to a new and exciting phase.

Locally we have encountered some confusion from our current and prospective clients as LME Fast Courier continue to operate in the market (albeit with different options and services), this has caused confusion and presented problems for us domestically. Consequently, in consultation with and the approval of the government bodies, here in the Philippines we have changed our company trading identity and from October 2008, we will operate under the same name with new corporate LOGO that signifies MAIL EXCHANGE (MEX) for it’s new identity.

These changes have been introduced because of our customer’s comments, suggestions, and requests. MEX will continue with our customer centered philosophy while not an inexpensive exercise I hope you agree this demonstrates our continued commitment to listen and react to our customers’ needs. We believe that our new name more clearly represents our core business and will aid customers in differentiating us in the market place. You also get an enhanced system—a one-stop resource with expanded capabilities for meeting your total shipping and logistics requirements, both domestic and international

The good news is! You’re about to get the same great delivery service you’re accustomed to under a new name! There are no changes to the current management team and administrative personnel that have served you in the past, our contact details remain the same as shown on the attached organization chart and address book. We have however changed our Web Site address and e-mail details; our IT Director PJ has developed our new Web Site WWW.MEX-Asia.com which we believe is an even more exciting experience. MEX continue to place a lot of focus on our technological development and PJ is continuing developing a state of the art customer focused IT infrastructure please check back regularly to see the enhancements we are introducing in the coming weeks and months. Our Network Manager Bing under the supervision of Andy Layron, continues to grow and improve the most comprehensive delivery network available in the Philippines, while our Sales and Customer Care Manager Mark Salarda will continue to be the human interface between you and MEX championing your wants and needs if you have any question please contact Mark mark.salarda@mex-asia.com

All of us at MEX thank you for your continued support. We look forward to serving you in the future and assure you we will rapidly develop our service offering in the marketplace giving you the enhanced and unprecedented levels of service you have come to expect from us, which reflects the high standards of your own organization.
